Getting into town late and tried pulling through the drive through with a horse trailer but couldn’t fit. Unfortunately the lobby was closed. The manager crystal and employee Alejandro noticed our situation and came out to take our order. Said it was no problem at all and were both so kind. You don’t get customer service like this anymore and we were shocked at how convenient they made it on us. Thank you again!

We had the SpongeBob combo and actually enjoyed it. It would’ve been great if it had a toy and dipping sauce. Some pineapple habanero maybe? The nuggets were good, the burger had a good flavor, the cake was actually pretty good, and what I really liked was the pineapple drink.

This is not for BK, it's for a particular person. There's a gentleman that works most nights at the PG location that makes Whoppers that - if eaten piping hot - are shockingly good. The patties are seasoned just right and seared nicely, yet still tender, and doubled make for a good amount of meat for the rest of the burger. Construction is on point, most of them even picture perfect. Condiments are well proportioned and distributed, toppings usually fresh, good texture, and balanced. The bun is even fresh, full, and beautiful, if you've pulled it out of the box before it steams limp. (If you went, you did pull his burger right out of the box, right? I eat these in the parking lot.) I didn't believe it was possible for a big chain to produce decent food, but his burgers proved me wrong. Too many burgers have "gray" for a flavor, condiments either barely present, or making "burger soup", and "literally slapped together" for construction. I've stopped several times here for late night meals, and even made two 10 mile round trips just for a Double Whopper. And happiness. (The rest of the night crew here are lovely, too.)

This BK is clean and the food was all fresh, slight mix up, I ordered a Honey Mustard Wrap but received a Fiery Wrap, but luckily it tasted great and I don’t mind spicy food Drive thru was pretty dang slow as they are all learning the new system (it’s a new location at my time of posting this.) $27 to feed two adults and three kids, I’m glad we have a new BK in PG! Please please please don’t let the quality slip like they’ve done with other (failed) Utah County locations!

Today, I had a nice experience at this location and I appreciate that a lot Service was great and friendly, place is pretty clean and maintained as well as the restrooms. Staff and Manager were in tune I'd say Thank You

Had an awesome experience at this Burger King. My food was HOT and fresh and was fast!! Great customer service, the employee at the window noticed I had a child in the back and offered a crown for her. Cool cool

I received great services at the Burger King in Pleasant Grove. The staff was very accomadating in giving me a deal on my meal. They were very pleasant and I was able to get my food quickly.
